Good app, wrote a review that got erased so dont want to bother anymore. I blame apple. Anyways wish the mobile app allowed for folder description changes instead of going to the webpage. Great that all information to be shared can be compartmented.

This app is exactly what I needed for my company. My managers can upload documents easily and securely in seconds. No need for antiquated programs and crashing hard drives.

Crashes with iOS 8 before even loading login page! Very frustrating! Need this app for work!

Update or I am recommending the switch to a more responsive cloud service!! Everyone else, stay away for now.

Its a disaster that all IOS 8 users are completely disabled. Cant even create a link! The web interface doesnt let you navigate from a mobile device browser. Forces you to download the APP. Do something!

I am a huge Egnyte fan but I need it to function on my IPad! Every since the update to IOS 8 it just crashes without opening.

This app does nothing but CRASH! I utilize this app very frequently and now it wont even open!

The fact that Egnyte totes itself as a great piece of business software and then doesnt test with iOS 8 beta to ensure proper functionality (and thus allowing the app to crash when ios 8 launches) is inexcusable.

Please fix for iOS 8. Just crashes now and website forces app use. Add Touch ID support too.

Apps works great but feels dated. When is a new version coming?

Since my last review, they were able to provide an update for iOS8. Now it is back to full functionality and I change my rating back to 5 stars. Thank you egnyte team. Knowing it is not easy to follow up on iOS updates and test all of them, I would recommend some kind of communication - at least to the paying customer base :) Previous post: Hope you are working in an update can not use the app on my iPhone5 anymore... I will update my rating once it is running again. It used to be a 5 star rating.

The app is better than whats online. I find it useful, handy and efficient!

I store all my files on this app. Im a realtor and I am now paperless. No longer have to carry files around!

Technical support has been slow and sometimes nonresponsive for 2 to 5 days on issues that have slowed or burdened access to our companys operational data. We have encountered issues that should not exist for an enterprise level cloud data storage solution. While technical support has been professional, having to wait sometimes 2 to 5 days for a response and not being able to reach a live person when our companies data is troubled, is unacceptable. We are suspicious if Egnite is the right solution for us moving forward.

After close to a year of using the Egnyte service, I can say that it has been consistently seamless and a critical part of my design and collaborative workflow allowing me to share files with others and keep project files synchronized across several personal and work computers (PC and Macs) and mobile devices (iPhones and iPads). I also love that they are constantly improving the service UI/UX and introducing new features almost on a monthly basis. Egnyte just keeps getting better and better.

Works as expected. Its great. Fast.

Loving the new version

I have paid subscriptions to 5 cloud storage services including two Enterprise Cloud services. Egnyte has become my go to for business and pretty much my personal as well. Where EGNYTE stands out is they constantly are improving and adding innovative features, the mobile application is great and seem to focus more on file security . Theyre support is responsive and they actively respond to and include feature requests. I would give 5 stars but they do not offer direct linking or image hosting .

The new look is very nice and clean. Also added TouchID support. Keep up the good work Egnyte!
