Technical support has been slow and sometimes nonresponsive for 2 to 5 days on issues that have slowed or burdened access to our companys operational data. We have encountered issues that should not exist for an enterprise level cloud data storage solution. While technical support has been professional, having to wait sometimes 2 to 5 days for a response and not being able to reach a live person when our companies data is troubled, is unacceptable. We are suspicious if Egnite is the right solution for us moving forward.
